Spray Dried Passionfruit Powder 200g

This spray-dried passion fruit powder adds instant passion fruit flavour and bright yellow colour to any recipe. It is a concentrated powder of sweet-sour fruit flavour, which adds a vibrant, tangy kick. 

Use this powder to flavour mousses and tart fillings or intensify fruit coulis. Colour macarons or crème patissiere with a pop of yellow colour, use to finesse delicate French patisserie, or dust over mirror glaze cakes for an elegant finish.
